Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as the items are in their original packaging and a re-sellable condition. This does not include personalised or custom made items. These are excluded from our 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or personalised items. Names for personalised prodects are copied over, I cannot be held responsible for a name misspelt. Please double check the spelling. No refunds are given if you have spelt a name wrong.
We don't currently accept exchanges at this time.
If your return is an item damaged in transit we will accept the return. If you are returning item due to the fact you have changed your mind you must cover the returned delivery charges. You must contact us first before returning, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
